Inviting applications for the role of Customer Support Agent to work in Thailand!

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Support customers via Chat, eMail, and other support tools
  2. Provides prompt and efficient service to clients
  3. Fulfil and maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance.
  4. Actively demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and assist customer with logical reasoning solutions to customers’ issues
  5. Serve as an advocate for the user community
  6. Label content and flag for action
  7. Understand and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures. 
  8. Provide Email/Chat, back-office operations support and troubleshoot and resolve issues and to also provide 3rd party app support & testing
