DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
We are looking for Senior Manager and Assistant Manager – Injection to lead our full service plastic injection molding facility located at Cibitung – Bekasi producing the highest quality plastic parts for electronics and health care industry.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise entire injection facility
- Provide leadership, direction and support for employees
- Maintain an organized, clean & safe working environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university
- 5+ years of experience in companywide managerial role
- 10+ years of experience in plastic injection industry
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in Injection Machine and Mold
- Good command of English language and computer literate
- Knowledgeable with international quality standards such as ISO
- Experience implementing and managing quality control
- Experience implementing and managing continuous improvement opportunities
