NASIONAL SALES MANAGER – FMCG Business
Responsibilities
· Good Leader Developed and motivated sales team to get the target
· Build and strengthen good relationship with customer
· Evaluate sales team work
· Coordinate sales team in order to increase sales level
· Managing territory including customer mapping managing order
delivery and stock, creating distribution points.
· Increase the quantity and quality coverage to ensure better territory
management
· Managing people , implementation strategy in order to increase sales
and achieve sales target
· Prepare KPI for Sales Department and review the KPI achievement
Requirements
· Graduated Minimum S1 and experiences 5 years in the same position
· Max 45 years old
· Having good leadership , capable in negotiable , having good
communication
· Motivated and committed to achieving the target
· Have skills in operational management, energetic, tenacious,
disciplined and proactive
· Having extensive network, capable, to develop marketing and sales
strategies
· Understanding business process ( sales process)
· Understand Management Area, Management Customer ( sales
mapping)
· People leader, Selling Skills, Negotiating , Process Coaching
Excellent in English
