Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or management, or related field.
- Stick with your current job / same company for at least 2 years.
- Experience in handling key accounts (experienced in a technology based company or startup environment is preferable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written).
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sociable, confident, empathetic and well-groomed.
Job Descriptions:
- Directly responsible for all aspects of key accounts handling/servicing via relationship management with our clients.
- Intricate level of understanding of the account(s), the clients’ businesses, products, markets, etc.
- Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers and grow the revenues.
- Responsible for ensuring that the clients remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfil those needs.
- Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service improvements.
