DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy.
- Develop seasonal product with a focus on style and fit.
- Implement processes to understand/anticipate the needs of the customer in order to exceed customer expectations and readily react to their needs.
- Identify and recommend resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and conduct ongoing competitor research/trend analysis.
- Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development.
- Manage, inspire and develop junior design talent.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree from fashion design.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in fashion retail industry.
- Having experience in relatable field (such as creative industry, fashion stylish, designing,etc) is a must.
- Have a knowledge of product styling trends, color schemes and awareness of art, design and fashion history.
- Graphic design exposure is an advantage (skillful in autocad, corel draw, sketch, and other design apps).
- Deep understanding of branding and strategic communication
- Ability to work with budgets (low budget high impact)
- Experience in making creative brief & ideation of big idea and visual concepts
- Creative, innovative, concern to detail, well organized and ability to work under pressure and work with deadlines
- Have good communication skill to presents ideas concepts
- Good skill in designing seasonal products.
- A perfectionist with exceptional attention to detail.
- Willing to be placed at Semper, Tanjung Priok (HO)
