DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive business objectives. This role will require someone who is creative, analytical, and has a deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and oversee content creation and publishing.
- Create and manage editorial calendars, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring user engagement, and managing social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments, questions, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, including engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness, and use this data to continually improve strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates and make recommendations for new opportunities to grow the brand’s presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including architecture, design, and operations to ensure social media messaging is consistent with overall brand messaging and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
- Fluency in English is required.
