To transform millions, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team to drive growth for our training solutions and build strong relationships with Industry and Government. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

More specifically you will:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events
  • Identify customer’s needs, understanding their business objectives, and providing them with the right solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Educate customers about acquiring the right training program by explaining the training programs and ensuring the program they choose meets their specific needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business and providing them with excellent customer service.
  • Continuously research and understanding the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with other teams such as finance and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information system, or a related field from reputable university (Binus/UPH/PrasMul/Unair/UI)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with proven target achievement. Preferably in the corporate training industry or IT services
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English and Bahasa
  • Growth mindset, Results-driven with focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Data-driven, able to research, track and output effective initiatives based on data analysis and insights
  • Tech savvy, always up-to-date with latest trends in IT and data
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of licensing agreements and copyright laws is preferred.
