DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison between the company and its existing clients, ensuring the relationship remains beneficial for both parties
- Conducting client onboarding
- Managing services, retention, and renewal schedules to clients
- Making strategic offers related to upselling and cross-selling
- Working collaboratively with related divisions to ensure that clients’ needs are met
Requirements
- Minimum 30 years old
- At least 5 years working experience in telecommunication business field is a must
- Having representable appearance
- Having excellent interpersonal relationship capability & communication skills, both oral and written
- Having excellent phone and presentation skills
- Having good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proactive & target oriented
- Having good command of English is a plus
- Applicant must be willing to work mobile
- Responsible, honest, and having integrity
- Able to work independently & in a group
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
