Our integrated business software have helped companies to run their business process more efficiently, while our digital marketing team have increased the growth of their brands and most importantly, their revenue.
And now, we wanted to focus on doing it on a bigger scale. Helping many more companies to grow faster. Therefore, we are looking for an Accounting and Finance Officer to manage general accounting and financial processes of our company. You’ll be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents and updating expense files. You will perform financial transactions and post them in the general ledger, with strong attention to detail. You will also carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).
Ultimately, you will ensure the company’s finances run smoothly.
- Perform day to day accounting & finance role including executing any kind of accounting, finance operation, and tax.
- Making L/R reports, balance sheets, journals
- Post journals in accordance with the chart of account
- Verify the completeness of the documents required for financial transactions
- Performing reconciliation of financial data precisely
- Review and Manage cashflow
- Ensuring accounting reports are completed on time
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, majoring Accounting
- At least 2 years’ of relevant working experience in similar field
- Able to operate accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills including vlookups, hlookups and pivot tables
- Hands on, detail oriented, good analytical skill and pro active in demanding situation
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Understand about tax
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and finance, including the regulations and procedures
