Skill :
- Having experience as Brand Executive/ Promotion at least 1 year (preferable from FMCG/F&B Category) or Fresh Graduate preferable from Economics and Communication Major
- Understanding about trade promotion, brand activation (ATL & BTL ) is a plus
- Familiar with F&B Industry, Brand Awareness & Partnership
- Excellent in data analysis, compiling data into comprehensive report
- Good Communication & negotiation skill, creative, hardworking and well organized
- Strong personality and problem solver
- Able to work under pressure and multi tasking
- Easy to adapt and good to work as a team
- Having an active driving license (SIM A & C)
Job description :
Able to create trade promotion
- Responsible for administrative promotion document needed
- Annual Marketing Plan (ATL/BPL) to archive brand performance
- Monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives
- Report and analyze brand performance, growth, and target
Coordinate with internal or external parties
- Able to conduct with Supply / Logistic / Maklon to make sure the supply or delivery time is on
- Actively looking for backup plan (new vendor/new method) to fulfill the sales target
- Collaborate with sales to execute the marketing plan on site and other administrative
- Responsible to inform the weekly achievement report to SCM/Head Operation
Develop Brand
- Monitor & understanding real market situation to penetrate our product
- Collaborating with market Research & Consumer Insight to gather the market data
- Handling Brand awareness through in partnership/planogram/POS/Placing ads
Related Task
- Monthly reporting to head operation (target achievement, stock control, Marketing Plan)
- Able To handle e-commerce will be an advantage
- Having an experience in e-commerce and digital marketing would be an advantage
- Data/good presentation/social media savvy is a plus
