Job Description

This candidate must show a proven track record in the flavor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and closing new opportunities using a consultative approach to selling. This role requires a candidate who is results-driven and can exceed sales targets while managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the flavor industry, minimum of 3 years
  • Demonstrable a successful track record in sales or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred
