Essential Responsibilities:
- Execution of chemical stripping cycles for gas turbine components as per the required technical specification
- Refilling tanks when required
- Preparation of components and equipment before process start (masking/blasting)
- Carry out chemical solution testing by using auto titrator
- Carry out calibration on the equipment based on Q-instructions (As applicable)
- Reporting errors and discrepancies to supervisor, engineering and production planners for the preparation and monitoring of NCR’s, production orders, and adjustments
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment and tools, coordination with MTN team
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform chemical waste handling according to EHS & authority regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in performing chemical stripping and chemical handling duties on industrial gas turbine components or similar industries
- Min. D3 Engineering or Technical High School (SMK) with Chemistry focus or any other related disciplines.
- Experience in handling chemicals such as HCL, NaOH, FeCl including regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of common IT tools (computers/laptop) and able to operate microsoft office
- Willing to stay in Bandung
