Description

  • Implement Commercial Compliance program elements and framework
  • Support Business Unit Director to organize compliance related training to staff
  • Guide business unit to implement necessary control measures to enhance the sales & marketing activities aligned with Code of Ethics, applicable rules and regulations in Indonesia and other Country Compliance initiatives
  • Conduct field visits to ensure sales and marketing events are organized appropriately from Compliance perspective.
  • Conduct risk assessment within the business unit and coordinate to take necessary action in mitigating the identified risks

Profile

  • 10+ years of working experiences within medical/pharma
  • A proven record of success in sales/commercial and/or general management
  • A wide knowledge and commercial experience of the life science, clinical pathology and diagnostic markets and changing business environments.
  • A proven ability to devise, implement, monitor and adapt strategies to deliver positive results against defined goals and targets.
