DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

As a Civil Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall site management of luxury resort & hospitality projects. This role will be based in Bali

Description

  • Manage all activities related to civil / structural construction works from beginning to the end including planning, inspection, and completion
  • Monitor on-Site progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
  • Work with contractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team
  • Ensure the contractors quality of works complies with the owner’s standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and shop drawings
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 (six) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with experience in luxury residential or hospitality construction projects
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
  • Familiar with construction and project management software programs
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
  • Fluent in English
