  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate and advanced knowledge social media content
  • Proficiency with popular content management systems
  • Experience with social media management
  • High creativity and ability to develop original content
  • Ability to develop content that provokes high engagement

Job Deskription:

  • Prepare idea, concept, propose strategy content
  • Manage and execute content with team consisting of writes, graphic designers, videographers, etc
  • Formulating a cross-platform social media content strategy
  • Brainstorm with manager marketing and senior team members to develop new ideas
  • Build a following strong engagement on social media platform
  • Provide editorial content, creative concept and technical support to team members
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
  • Manage content across all platforms, customer care program and social media
