Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Public Relation.
Hold min 7-8 years’ experience handling corporate communication, public relation, corporate branding and other relevant activities.
Have strong knowledge in Corporate Branding and documentation as well as public relation .
Excellent communication in English, both oral and written and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Job Description:
Strong ability to communicate clearly and credibly across multiple audiences, including customers, employees, media, analysts, and more.
Working with key executives and business unit owners to help bring consistent and compelling message to press, analysts and events/conferences.
Using analytical skills for audits and research data. Comparing options to inform all communications activity and overall stakeholder engagement activity.
Creating and managing social media strategy and policy.
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure its effectiveness and ensure the adoption of relevant social media techniques into corporate culture.
Proactive management of media relations and media coverage to strengthen the reputations of improving brand awareness within the PT. Duta Abadi Primantara nationally and globally.
Act as a spokesperson and liaison with journalist on high profile.
Communicate and having a role with government agencies to further improve our company through teamwork.
Able to make accurate and clear records to be communicated with the board of directors and other staff members.
Ability to form strategic planning in the form of yearly reports.
Evaluating and analysing feedback for company growth.
