DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Qualification:
- Manage the day to day FF operations teams whilst completing root cause/deep dive analysis to ensure the operation is constantly evolving & improving
- Management of freight operations to ensure successful and profitable Air, Sea & Logistics services
- Liaise with governmental & official bodies including Customs, Airlines, Shipping Lines, Boarder check posts etc. to ensure that the exim operations are in line with rules & regulations
- Participating in customer solutions development and implementation of new accounts
- Deliver quality SLA to customers
- Visit customers to maintain customer relationships, research customers’ needs and monitor customer satisfaction
- Develop and sustain solid relationship with suppliers
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and Bachelor Degree from well-known establishments
- Experienced manager with proven performance at freight forwarding companies.
- PPJK is a welcome addition
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with all layers, especially with government officials
- Analytical skills and able to solve complex operation issue
- Fluent in English language
