DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibility:

To handle daily operations activities such as receiving incoming calls, arrangement of medical evacuation/appointment/hospitalization of patient, monitoring all active cases, and to supervise and to coordinate the evacuation activities, etc to ensure cases are updated every day.

Qualifications:

As a part of operations team, you will be challenged to perform the excellence in delivering the service, which required following skills and qualities:

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken would be preferable.
  • Willing to work on shift schedule (day & night shift).
  • Have JELA score 30/40 would be preferable.
  • Strong in communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum Diploma III from any major (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Experience in Customer Service sector is an advantage.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel).
  • Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
