DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Monitor Customer Service staffs’ day-to-day operations, including:
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to provide exceptional client support and experience
- Have sufficient knowledge about equity and mutual fund products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
- Ensure that customer’s complaints and queries handled in timely manner
- Inform and suggest company’s priority products and initiatives to customers
- Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances
- Suggest a more effective ways of promoting products and services based on what’s observed during conversations with customers.
- Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
- Ideate, create and/or review client communication
- Develop and implement client services standard operation procedures (SOP)
- Ensure that the Customer Service operation team is working efficiently
- Identify opportunities and improvements in the client service aspect
- Evaluate the effectiveness of drivers to achieve the targeted business outcomes
- Study market trends and evaluate customer behaviors’
- Prepare reports and liaise with managements and regional office
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Previous experience in customer service in securities firm with minimum of 3-year experience.
- Has experience in Banking and Securities
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; an authentic leader with good time management, inclusive behaviors, and a strong belief in people development.
- English and Mandarin proficiency is a huge plus
