Requirements :

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Hotelier Management or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven, resourceful, fast leaner, proactive, committed, adaptable and a team player.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area.
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Good communication skill and able to work with team
  • Good attitude and confident personality

Job Description:

  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
  • Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
  • Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
  • Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
  • Prepare reports for management information.
  • Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
  • Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.
  • Attending and resolving guest complaints.
  • Verification of supplies consignments.
  • Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
