SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
- Position: Facility Administrator/Administration
- Location: Jakarta
Deliveree is a fast-moving, rapidly growing, and very successful logistics technology company that is changing the cargo and trucking industry in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to reduce waste, grow the economy, create jobs, and make the logistics industry more competitive.
Deliveree’s Administrator will lead a small administration team of 2 staff who are responsible for managing all of Deliveree’s offices in Java and Sumatra. This includes our main 2,000 sqm headquarters in Jakarta as well as our smaller satellite offices (under 100 sqm each) in Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Lampung, and Medan. Activities include facilities management, managing and paying for utilities and services, procurement of supplies, and other related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. 5 years of experience in an administration or facilities management role
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Masters’ degree is not required
- Fluent English skills
- Demonstrated performance management skills
- Confident organizational communication skills
- Strong spreadsheet and analysis skills
