DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description:
- Manages and completes the month, quarter and year-end closes and completes reconciliations of balance sheet accounts ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables of requirements;
- Communicates significant variances on a timely basis, including coordinating adjustments when needed;
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and group accounting standards;
- Provide the requirement and review the Transfer Pricing Documents along with the Intercompany Transactions;
- Prepare Quarterly report for OJK and support other departments to provide sounds and supporting doc;
- Coordinates periodic financial reviews/audits with internal and external auditor and tax firms as required;
- Liaise with the Senior Finance Manager and Head Departments for the budgeting report;
- Prepare the annual Legal Projection report;
- Review and ensure the accuracy of the monthly tax report;
- Liaise and maintain inter-company transactions with the related party;
- Review and authorize all payments for multiple legal entities;
- Prepare a necessary journal adjustment during the closing period;
- Managing banks’ correspondences and communications.
Requirements:
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting with CPA qualification preferred;
- Good communication in English (Mandarin would be preferable);
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/auditing role in an SME or audit firm;
- Excellent communication skills including speaking, presenting, writing;
- Well organized & think systematically, fast learner, fast pace, assertive, detail oriented, strong analytical thinking, thorough, meticulous and has capability to handle multiple priorities & manage deadlines efficiently;
- Capability to handle a full set of book-keeping, trial balance, reconcile all the bank and transaction record, and prepare financial statement (PL, BS, CF) is a must;
- Proficient in computer skills MS Office Excel is a must (including Word, Power Point, and Outlook) and familiar to work with software system.
