DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist Sales / Marketing by providing data.
- As a sales support specialist you must answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments
- Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
- Identify and keep up with sales trends
- Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
- Provide best suitable rates & mode of transport to Marketing representative.
- Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
- Identify potential business opportunities and markets.
- Identify and develop new business and clients.
- Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages are an advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry is a must.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Have experience as sales in forwarding/logistics for at least 3 years, have high sales skills, especially in the following products:
1. Ocean Freight (exp, imp, & project)
2. CHB/EMKL (exp, imp, & project)
3. Trucking
4. Supply Chain
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia or other foreign languages are an advantage (both spoken & written).
- Work experience in international logistics and forwarding company is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Age between 25- 40 years old.
- Have an experienced in export-import operation
- Have knowledge of Freight Forwarder and shipping process
- With pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Strong achievement oriented
- Willing to travel and work outside office hours.
- Committed to find & develop our business through excellent clients approach and distinctive selling strategy
- Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team
- Aggressive and problem solver
- Grab new customers, follow up and maintain customers
- On hand regular customer base (export / import & domestic customer)
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Willing to work in PT TGL Indonesia Logistics, South Jakarta.
