Job Description :
Project implementation monitoring
Oversee MP data movement
Dashboard reporting (MP profile, productivity profile, disciplinary profile)
In-coordination with HR BU regarding HRIS opeartional
Data center management & data center policy
In-coordination with IT division to manage infrastructure regarding to HRIS
Propose idea suggestion for system future improvement
Periodictly conduct brainstorming activity to grasp stakeholder expectation regarding system improvement
Job Requirement:
D3/S1 from any major
2-3 years work experience as a HR in manufacturing
Familiar with Microsoft Office (able to perform complex formula, data analysis, and conditional formatting)
Good planning skills
Good data analyze
Attention to details
