DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibility :
- Assist in the implementation to HR policies and procedure and doing the socialization.
- Execute HR matters; including but not limited to Comben & leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health & safety; training and development.
- Control and maintain employment contract data; execute renewal contract & termination.
- Maintain and execute employment exit documents (final payment, severance, etc).
- Having good knowledge of Employee Relationship and Industrial Relationship
Requirement :
- Experience in HR Department min. 5 – 7 year.
- Preference with Law educational background
- Able to communicate with English (both verbal & written).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical & problem solving.
- Self started and good initiative
- Good in All Microsoft Office especially M. Excel
