We are seeking a dynamic HR Head to lead our HR function in a fast-paced fintech company. The HR Head will be responsible for building a high-performance culture by partnering with the business on HR issues. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful HR leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.


1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

2. 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that align with business objectives.

5. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

7. Experience managing HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

9. Strong business acumen and understanding of the fintech industry.


1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.

2. Collaborate with business leaders to create a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

3. Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.

4. Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, from job posting to onboarding.

5. Develop and implement effective performance management programs that align with business goals, including regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.

6. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

7. Develop and deliver effective training and development programs that meet the needs of the business and its employees.

8. Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws, including labor laws, and implement effective risk management programs.

9. Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

10. Develop and manage HR budget and resources to meet the needs of the business.
