DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Max 40 years old
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience at Japanese manufacturing company as supervisor or leader.
- Have working experience of HR & GA Job generally.
- Have basic knowledge of labour law.
- Have basic knowledge of process document of Japanese PIC
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi
Key responsibility areas
- Responsible for recruitment accordance with labour law.
- Responsible for employment contract and terms of employment accordance with labour law.
- Responsible for all related job HR, GA (Including supporting accounting job) *Handling related work to bank.
- Responsible for payroll
- Responsible for corresponding with headquarter in Japan.
- Responsible for ITAS, Labour permission and other related matter of Japanese PIC
- Responsible for supporting job to Japanese PIC as General Affairs Staff.
- Responsible for all General Affairs Matter
Salary package:
Range Salary Rp. 6.000.000; – Rp. 8.000.000;
BPJS + Private
