Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR generalist
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge in labor law and regulations
- Self, motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be stationed at Bintan.
Job Description
- Responsible to handle all HR administrations and transactions, such as benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding & outboarding activities.
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms
- Implement HR practices following the updated regulations
- Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as application for work passes, performance management process, training
- Support stakeholders to resolve workplace conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue
