Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Memonitor target sales melalui kegiatan distribution alliances sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Mengimplementasi pelaksanaan aktivitas promosi (di Supermarket, Hypermart, Mini Market, Swalayan, dll.)
- Melakukan kegiatan business review dengan buyer setiap bulan.
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok produk & gimmick sesuai dengan forecast penjualan.
- Memastikan visibility produk di seluruh account modern trade sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan di semua outlet.
- Memastikan tersedianya anggota tim cabang dan kompensasinya sesuai dengan ketentuan dan kebutuhan yang berlaku.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal Pendidikan S1 segala Jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman Modern Trade Minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Sales & Marketing (di perusahaan FMCG lebih diutamakan).
- Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dan mengalami mutasi area.
- Memiliki Sim A/C.
- Memiliki kemampuan memimpin tim yang baik.
- Proaktif, komunikatif, dan disiplin.
