DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and solutions for various legal issues related to the company’s business operations.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements and certificates.
- Identify and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to the company’s business activities.
- Manage communication and cooperation with external agencies (government, public institutions, auditors etc.) related to the company’s legal matters.
- Respond and represent the company in legal proceedings such as litigation, dispute resolution and investigation.
Qualifications:
- A valid lawyer license in Indonesia.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in commercial law (or anti-corruption law).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills.
- OSS experience and LKPM reporting experience
