We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be our first hire in marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires a creative thinker with entrepreneurial mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Client Details

The client is one of the well known brand in beauty industry overseas. They are planning to open their first business in Indonesia.

Description

  • Gather market research to determine products launch
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that includes digital and offline tactics to drive brand awareness, generate leads and acquire customers
  • Leverage data and analytics to track campaign effectiveness and optimise marketing programs
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure messaging and positioning is aligned across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a beauty industry
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
