The Operation & Resources Development Staff is responsible for designing, developing and managing policies, procedures and implementation related to finance, human resources and asset management related to the establishment of a Samudera vocational higher education institution (Polytechnic).


  1. Develop and implement strategies and procedures in terms of human resources, financial management, and asset management.
  2. Develop policies for recruitment, learning and development, as well as implementation of a performance management system for new management and staff.
  3. Coordinate the policy and implementation of Samudera’s compensation and benefit program to be aligned with the needs and characteristics of the institution.
  4. Coordinate with the Samudera Foundation (as the organizing body) and other corporate divisions related to the provision of investment funds and institutional operations.
  5. Planning, compiling and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure that institutions have sufficient financial resources to support short-term and long-term plans.
  6. Conduct needs analysis, manage the procurement process, and prepare Polytechnic infrastructure both physically and non-physically to operate optimally.
  7. Manage and maintain all assets owned, including the Samudera brand (brand and logo registration, brand guidelines, etc.).
  8. Coordinate and manage operations for events related to the preparation of the Polytechnic.
  9. Develop and implement risk management and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) strategies.


  1. Minimum education: bachelor’s degree (S1/D4), preferably majoring in Business/Management.
  2. Having experience in a relevant job for at least 2 years.
  3. Have good communication skills and able to develop a good relationship with the team.
  4. Have good English skills (written and spoken).
  5. Have strong analytical skills and be able to conduct research independently.
  6. Highly motivated and creative.
