Our client, an established health foundation, is currently looking for Senior Operations Manager.
Job Description:
- Plan, lead and manage clinical operations daily.
- Managing Finance, HRGA, Sales and Marketing, clinical medical coordinator
- Monitor the estimated income and budget.
- Supervise and lead the team (including providing training, development and guidance).
- Maintain a guarantee of client service quality (QA), ensure that health service standards are delivered consistent with monitoring acceptance, ordering promises, referral process, correspondence, communication, client on time and
- Ensure the implementation of providing medical care quality and excellent client satisfaction standards; lead Team members effectively; and jointly developed and implement a health program.
- Leading the development and implementation of clinical programs.
- Support the company’s vision, mission, value and strategic objectives.
Requirement:
- Minimum S1 Hospital Administration Department (MARS)
- Minimum work experience of 3 (three) years in the industry health (clinic/hospital) in the same position
- Knowing about the Healthcare System, understanding governance
- and clinical quality aspects
- Have effective communication skills
- Mastering service management and having a soul excellent service/excellent
- Have a good and experienced leadership spirit In the development of HR.
