- Memilki pengalaman di bagian medic selama 3 tahun di Rumah Sakit/ Perusahaan Pertambangan
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani perawatan intensif & emergency
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang kesehatan okupasi
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai program kesehatan kerja dan industri hygiene
- Memiliki STR yang masih Valid, Sertifikat Hiperkes, dan sertifikat BTCLS
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area Site PT Hillconjaya Sakti
