DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

We are seeking a temporary staff member for a period of 6 months. This role will provide support to our team during a maternity leave period and will be responsible for assisting with daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Assisting with talent development process, including identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Coordinating employee training process, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, managing training materials, and tracking attendance.
  • Assisting with the performance management process, including monitoring employee performance, maintaining performance records, and assisting in the preparation of performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
