About the job:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for working with local suppliers to source ingredients and arrange shipping arrangement to support global sales. This position will be responsible for the management of our global commercial relationship with medium to large ingredient suppliers. This includes the development and execution of the overall category and supplier strategy to balance competitive advantage, continuity of supply, quality, price, delivered value, and access to innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier connection with dairy and non-dairy manufacturing.
- Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, including the preparation and execution of all RFP, RFQ and RFI processes, as well as direct negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Support savings tracking processes and measure contract compliance and other key metrics to ensure targets are being met and value is being delivered to the business.
- Knowledge of best practice sourcing/procurement procedures and processes, external trends, global supply markets, and commodity hedging.
- Align with policies and procedures to further drive process controls and compliance.
- Support on reports which required by SBU manager or internally.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience in procurement or supply chain, having sourced key commodities including Dairy Food etc.
- Food Industry experience desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Collaborative team player and leader able to build a positive work environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, sense of urgency, drive, and motivation.
- Ability to lead and influence change in the face of complexity and ambiguity.
- Effective relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
