DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description:
- Assist Construction Manager with the development of a work schedule including manage heavy lifter, equipment, tools and manpower
- Supervise Rigging/Heavy Lifting activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
- Plans, schedule, execute and evaluate the day-to-day objectives based on planning.
- Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
- Ensure rigging gear in sufficient quality and quantity.
- Plan and conduct today’s work activities and review yesterday’s safety performance.
- Monitor and maintain Work Order (WO) to ensure Work Order information is processed.
- Provide leadership and direction to all Lifting workers including monitor their performance in order to maintain and enhance team performance.
- Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process.
- Maintaining and implementing SHE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimal Diploma in civil engineer with 4 years experiences in Heavy Lifting Superintendent level
- Good analytical supervisory skill
- Good communication in English
- Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
- Have valid Rigging Certificate from Disnaker/BNSP and supervisory skills license is an advantage.
