DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
JOB SUMMARY
PT CCIS Sales officer for second-hand containers, flexi bags and VAS services is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. He will work closely with other teams within the Group (CCIS, CMA CGM and Ceva) to identify customers and ensure that their needs are met and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals for revenue and growth in the second-hand containers, flexi bags market and other VAS.
2.
Identify potential customers in the target market and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
3.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
4.
Collaborate with all PT CCIS team members and cross-CMA Group teams, including CMA CGM Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Finance, to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
5.
Taking sales orders for VAS and arranging smooth delivery of services as expected by customers by way of proper coordination between departments as appropriate
6.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure maximum profitability for the company.
7.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential and existing customers.
8.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
9.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research data.
10.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships, generate leads, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
11.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to sales and marketing activities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Level of Qualification:
a. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales officer
b. Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales and Marketing.
Professional Skills:
a. Very good communication skills in both English & Bahasa, French is a plus
b. Strong business mindset and excellent customer relationship skills.
c. Good negotiating skills.
d. Strong quantitative and PC (Excel) skills.
Personal Qualities:
a. Good interpersonal communication
b. Proactive, highly motivated, result oriented team player
c. ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
