We look forward you to joining us in the Salesforce Business Analyst team, which include below roles: 

1. Salesforce Functional Consultant

2. Salesforce Senior Developer

3. MuleSoft Platform Specialist 

4. MuleSoft Senior Integration Developer 

Background requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Business/Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years experience and focus 2 – 3 years as BA on Salesforce.

The main role:

Salesforce Business Analyst will be the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.

The key responsibilities:  

  1. Communication: BA creates an environment for open conversations and clearly communicates information back out to the appropriate teams.
  2. Elicitation: The BA need to ask lots of questions, with the purpose of understanding project goals and getting clarification on what stakeholders want to accomplish. They interview stakeholders, research information or processes related to the project, and observe teams as they work. This sets a foundation for the project. 
  3. Documenting requirements: Documenting clear and concise requirements, so the information can be easily understood by stakeholders and anyone else involved. BA must be thoughtful about how they choose to document requirements so they can easily share between teams.
  4. Analysing information: Next, the BA need to review requirements and gets a sense of how to accomplish team’s business goals. BA need to dive into more detail and use data insights to identify what the business needs to do to achieve the desired outcome.
  5. Facilitating solutions: Based on the analysis, the BA need to identify options for solving business challenges. Then BA need to choose the best option and move forward with the best solution.
  6. Implementing solutions: Once the BA comes up with a great business solution, BA needs to make sure the business solution runs smoothly and as expected. Are stakeholders seeing benefits? Is anything else needed to support the implementation? Essentially, the BA is a project manager at this point. It’s their job to make sure they reach the end goal, that it’s working well, and those stakeholders are happy. The BA keeps the end solution in mind and adjusts if anything goes off course.
  7. Testing: Remember to test after the implementation! At this time the BA builds training material to support the implemented solution and records feedback to start eliciting requirements for the next iteration of the project if needed.
