DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum pendidikan S1 di Ekonomi/Accounting/ Financial Management/ dengan minimum GPA 3.00
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki background pekerjaan di industry Retail/e-Commerce/ di bagian audit akan lebih disukai
- Memiliki keterampilan Accounting Software yang baik, terutama dengan excel dan sistem perhitungan
- Mampu bekerja secara detail dan teliti
- Berpengalaman dalam mengerjakan pelaporan keuangan
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (berbicara dan menulis) merupakan nilai tambah
Tanggung jawab :
- Mereview dan memposting jurnal dari transaksi keuangan perusahaan tercatat di akun yang sesuai dan sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku.
- Mereview dan memposting jurnal transaksi pemakaian kas kecil (petty cash) dengan akurat.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam rekonsiliasi akun balance sheet/PNL yang ditugaskan dengan akurat dan memenuhi deadline pelaporan keuangan setiap bulannya.
- Melakukan analisa dan mengajukan jurnal penyesuaian yang diperlukan
- Mensupport Assistant manager dalam melakukan TB review, mempersiapkan GL Schedules
- Mempersiapkan data data audit
