DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Indonesia’s local warehouse network (central warehouse, urban warehouse) planning and warehouse distribution system construction and operation management
- Responsible for the execution of local logistics orders, including local port-to-warehouse customs clearance, local warehousing (central warehouse and urban warehouse) and terminal distribution management (including after-sales processing).
- Responsible for Indonesian local logistics performance and cost management, including but not limited to service provider optimization, distribution routing iteration, etc.
- Responsible for system capacity building related to local logistics performance in Indonesia, including warehousing WMS system, transportation TMS system and its fee BMS system, etc
- Responsible for the construction of local logistics fulfillment team in Indonesia, including but not limited to personnel recruitment, training and daily Performance Mangement.
Requirements
- 3 years and above relevant work experience, with multi-outlet and omni-channel logistics integration capabilities of brand owners and channel providers, with company background in Indonesian local warehouse management, B2B channel city distribution, and B2C terminal distribution.
- Understand the layout of logistics warehouse network in multiple cities in the Indonesian market, have logistics supplier cooperation resources, and support the ability to analyze the performance cost structure of each section of the retail network
- With Internet product (system) thinking, good at abstracting system requirements from the business execution process, improving business operation efficiency and promoting standardized operations of business execution through products (systems).
- Good at discovery and thinking, sensitive to numbers, with good analysis and judgment ability, able to find business operation improvement space through Data Analysis and monitoring, with good data operation management to drive business management ability improvement
- Proactive, responsible and motivated, with a strong sense of purpose to ensure that goals are achieved within a limited time frame.
- Have strong ability to handle affairs independently and can withstand certain work pressure
- Responsible for quality management priority
