DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirements : 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major from reputable university 
  • Maximum 2 years experience in related field 
  • Max 30 years old
  • Be able to independently complete the pro-photo and video shooting and post production 
  • Proficient in using DSLR/ Mirrorless or camcorder
  • Creative, attractive, detail, flexible and analytical thinker 
  • Understand the content creation process, from concept to execution
  • Up to date with the latest trends in the digital marketing field, communications and technology
  • Proficient in design software (Adobe Family, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, InDesign,OBS, After Effect, etc) is a MUST 
  • Able to operate Google Products (Slides, Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.)
  • Able to be as a talent and not clumsy in front of the camera is a MUST
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Willing to work within strict deadline
  • Willing to work 6 days

Job Descriptions:

  • Content planning, Identify and create digital marketing campaigns and promotional content to target the market and audience
  • Responsible to create attractive official content design within picture/photo and video for branding & marketing needs 
  • Generate innovative idea, planning, and create creative content for social media eg, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter
  • Make good storytelling to create interesting and entertaining content.
  • Make videos that can attract the attention of Generation Z / Millennials / etc.
  • Manage the allocated digital marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
  • Continuously be updated of new social media platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage, oversee, and measure every success of every social media for next content post and website
  • Maintain editorial plans and manage content so it will increase visual impact of every social media platform
