Job description & requirements
Job Descriptions:
– Create Girls Beyond’s Instagram content plans and briefs
– Help to maintain Girls Beyond’s Instagram account by creating and posting practical, entertaining, or engaging contents (reels, feed, and stories)
– Responsible for Girls Beyond’s Instagram metrics; reach and engagement
– Pull datas to form insights and actions to take to support Girls Beyond’s Instagram growth – Prepare benchmarks and references for each posts to brief the design team
– Monitor and jump into social media trends by creating contents that adhere to Girls Beyond as a brand
Requirements:
– Have 1 year experience in social media marketing
– Have excellent skills in content planning, content writing and research
– Capable to do storytelling in a form of writing or micro video (reels)
– Strong understanding of social media algorithm, especially Instagram
– Passionate in empowering young woman to achieve their dreams and be the best version of themselves
– Have the eyes and taste for good content design
– Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
