DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring the performance & growth of the store in terms of financial, marketing and service by performing effective leadership, planning & monitoring so that the store becomes one of the profitable source of the company
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs effectively; and dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Developing store strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards; propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Job Requirements :

  1. Min. Bachelor’s degree/S1
  2. Has at least 10 years of experience in retail, including 3 years as a Store Manager of a Department Store or hypermarket
  3. Has strong leadership and knowledge in store-operation, retail financial, visual merchandising, and trends in fashion retail.
  4. Has excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  5. Fluent in English and computer literate
