Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions:

  • Spearheading a new initiative/brainchild of Female Daily that aims to inspire and empower the next generation of women to dream big, to strive for progression both on personal level and professional level.
  • Concepting the program and proposing ideas to grow the business
  • Creating proposals for the sales team to approach potential sponsors
  • Developing concept for each conference (themes, speakers, etc) and online editorial calendar
  • Establishing relationships with stakeholders (public figures, etc)
  • Setting up promotional materials to attract audiences
  • Help manage, execute and ensure follow up of special events/projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experiences in developing and managing the whole scopes of (minimum 3 years) organizations, media, nor movements focussing on women empowerment, self-development,or relates issues
  • A meticulous go-getter with the sense of innovations & newness
  • Love to connect with new people as well as voicing thoughts on social media platforms
  • Deep interest and keep on updates with women empowerment, millennials, and self development issues
