DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Manufacturing Indonesia – Wanaherang, Bogor.
Objective: Responsible for local part order management of production parts. Ensure timely arrival of local parts and adherence to inventory/stock plan and supplier management support
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3-7 years relevant work experience in automotive for part order management and supplier management
- Knowledge in logistic, supply chain, PPC and forecasting system via MRP
- Knowledge in SAP and advanced excel management, power point
- English and Bahasa Indonesia on a professional and fluent level
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001
Job Description:
Scheduling & Order Management:
- Ensure supply sourcing strategy in place.
- Ensure parameter setting in material master & maintain the same for MRP calculations.
- Ensure schedule order release in a timely manner.
- Ensure material dispatch base on schedules.
- Ensure material availability to support production program realization.
- Maintain inventory based on KPI target setting.
- Singlle point of contact for Production and Logistics on parts availability and tracking.
Supplier Management & Series Quality Management (Support):
- Implement the supplier management processes & systems at supplier end.
- Capacity evaluation, production trial run, and volume ramp up approval.
- Tracking and monitoring the supplier KPIs (in terms of Quality & Delivery performance)
Compliance:
- Compliance to Daimler AG Integrity Code
- Compliance to Daimler AG Policies and Guidelines.”
