You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working. You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. We are looking for Supply Planer based in Karawang.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Main responsibility:

  • Drive the development of the best executable finished goods production plan that meets the market demand, adheres to the inventory policies and prioritization of the markets/SKUs served, while respecting all capacity constraints.
  • Lead the supply planning process drumbeat and exception-based process management & monitors the execution at manufacturing level.
  • Manage & drive collection, calculation, and timely adjustments of all relevant system inputs, master data, outputs, and perform Super User activities for the assigned format(s)
  • Ensure supply continuity for the planning horizon by managing the end-2-end inventory in line with cost, cash & service targets.
  • Continuously ensure sufficient Factory capacity to fulfill market requirements, while maintaining optimum machine & factory utilization.
  • Ensure all Supply Planning related activities adhere to timelines for new projects (NPIs)
  • Manage third party Business Services Provider (BSP) for
  • Ensure Compliance with regulations, PMI principles & practices and EHS norms.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.

Master’s degree in these areas is an asset. APICS Certification is a plus.

  • At least 3+ year of experience in supply, capacity, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain management, demand planning
  • Fluent in written and in speaking in English
  • Comfortable with analyzing big data and driving actionable conclusions
  • Good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers
