In Indonesia, we are operating under EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Division where we supply Wiring Harness to worldwide OEM. Our location is in Kawasan Industri Wijaya Kusuma, West Semarang.
Currently we need the strong Tax, Account Receivable and Treasury Assistant Manager in our manufacturing area with the following jobs and requirements:
Responsibilities and duties:
- Controlling monthly and annual tax return (VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax)
- Ensure all tax payment paid in a timely manner
- Ensure all tax report (internal and external) are perform and submitted in a timely manner
- Review and update Transfer Pricing with help from Tax Consultant and Regional Tax
- Coordinate and assist in all Tax Audit together with Tax Consultant and Regional Tax
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, tax audit, tax planning, all types of tax returns and tax office system
- Monitor and coordinate cash flow forecasting
- Review weekly and monthly reporting of working capital targets
- Monitoring all incoming and outgoing banking transactions
- Ensuring that all cash management transactions are correctly recorded in the SAP systems
- Liaoning with Banks and APTIV Regional & Global treasury to ensure smooth functioning of Treasury functions
- Ensure all regulatory compliances with regard to Banking are taken care of on a timely basis
- Manage Account Receivable and Cash Collection towards achieving timely and end to end AR ownership in terms of outstanding and overdue
- Create and implement strategies to increase collection rate
- Establish communication and coordination internally regarding billing
- Monitor AR report to include more detail summary and analysis
- Act as the frontal point with both external and internal customers on all Receivable related points and ensure no exposures by implementing a proper process of periodic review and reconciliation
Basic qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance from a reputable university
- At least 8 years’ experience in Tax, AR and Treasury in manufacturing industries
- Proficient with SAP system
- Good communication skill – fluent in English both oral and written
- Brevet certification (A, B, and C) is a must
