DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Facilitating the administration of all training program, database updating and organizing company’s training programs for all employees level, We are looking for you as:
- Actively participate in creating and implementing training program
- Maintain training records up to date (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) including record in TELL database
- Prepare and distribute training material (e.g. handout, evaluation forms, test, etc)
- Act as a point-of-contact for employee to the topic related to the training
- Submit reports on conducted training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Ensuring that employees follow established training guidelines and policies
- Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment
- Provide assistance to LEC technical & operator trainers conducting customer training programs
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of office procedures and billing
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work with BAAN system or equivalent ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc)
- Knowledge of customer service and support principle
