Job Description: WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites. You will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the company needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain WordPress websites.
  2. Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as needed
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WordPress websites
  4. Work closely with design team to ensure website design and functionality meet company requirements.
  5. Create and maintain website documentation
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  2. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development, Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and frameworks
  3. Understanding of SEO best practices and how they relate to WordPress development.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  5. Good communication skills and ability to work with team.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress development
  3. Experience with WooCommerce and other e-commerce plugins is a plus.
